This is what sets us apart from other NGOs. We understand that poverty isn’t just about food – it’s multidimensional. It can be about health, education and, of course, the spirit. Having all these elements come together is critically important to us. Lives depend on our effectiveness and efficiency and our donors will only give to us if they trust that we can do this.” Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Born and raised in Ecuador, Susan is a graduate of Catholic University of Ecuador, where she received a degree in International Relations. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. “I am deeply grateful and excited that, together, we are making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve in Latin America and the Caribbean every day.
What sets FHCIN apart from other NGOs is our humility to acknowledge areas for improvement and commitment to continuous learning. We’re also unique in our deep partnership with supporters, our unwavering dedication to listening to the direct needs of the poor from Day 1, and our steadfast desire to provide solutions through goods, infrastructure, and development initiatives.”
